NOSE A complex wine exhibiting butter toast characters of Chardonnay and strawberry/cream of Pinot Noir. PALATE Bottle fermented and matured on yeast lees. This complex Sparkling exhibits mature fruit flavours of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with creaminess and defined yeast characters. Serve chilled. Blend: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier
