It is a really good fit for any occasion being a celebration or just to sip on its own. It is quite lively with plenty of bubbles and zip but is well balanced out with a good amount of fruit with balanced acidity. This makes for a lovely crisp, sharp, clean and most importantly a very refreshing finish. For the price I don't think you will find better value. Winemaker's Comments: Taylor Ferguson Premium Cuvee Brut has a lively bouquet and fresh, fruity characters on the palate. It is crisp and clean, with a pleasantly dry finish.
