5 Star Value Rating: Rating: 90/100 Category: White Wines Case Size: 12 bottles Year: 2010 Jack's Comments: Brown Brothers Crouchen Riesling has to be one of the biggest selling white wines on the market. Its slight residual sugar flavours make it very appealing to a wide number of wine drinkers. it also has plenty of wonderful ripe fruit on offer with citrus mixed with lovely pear and melon flavours. It has a appealing amount of acidity which complements the wine for a crisp refreshing finish. Lovely on a spring/summer's afternoon. Winemaker's Comments: Brown Brothers Crouchen Riesling is pale yellow in colour, with aromas of ripe pear, tropical fruits and citrus. It is a clean and lively on the palate with some residual sweetness, which is balanced by the Riesling's crisp acidity. Chill and enjoy now as a delicious aperitif or with food.
