You don't see that to often. It is a very nice drinking wine that has a fair amount of tropical fruit with a crisp palate with hints of citrus. It is a lovely summers wine that is great on its own or matches with some light salads and seafood dishes. Winemaker's Comments: Yellowtail Sauvignon Blanc is best known for its drinkability, with this wine proving no exception to the rule. Loads of bright tropical fruits, in the bouquet and on the palate, are met by crushed green herbs, passionfruit and tangy, grapefruit acidity.
