The palate has fantastic ripe raspberry and cherry flavours that are well balanced with the bubbles. It is a softer style from the Merlot fruit and drinks extremely well. A great celebration wine! Winemaker's Comments: Aged in older French oak barrels for 12 months. A rich array of ripe forest fruits, stewed fruits with hints of spice and old brandy. Soft and creamy flavours reminiscent of plum jam and boiled fruit cake with plenty of raisin like characters. Blend: 100% Merlot Region: Limestone Coast (Lucindale), SA
