These guys take wine very seriously and this reserve Shiraz is simply outstanding. The reserve wines are only made in small quantities and only in standout vintages from there premium vines so you can be assured of the quality. This is a lovely medium to full bodied wine superb blackcurrant, plum and slight dark ripe cherry flavours with a very fine and elegant tannin structure which gives the wine length and balance. It is very impressive and at this price is a steal! Winemaker's Comments: Our reserve wine selections showcase exceptional French-inspired wines crafted from the oldest estate vines in outstanding vintages. This limited edition Shiraz with a small percentage of Viognier, exhibits the capacity of the cool Pyrenees region in Western Victoria to create memorable wines. Savour this vibrant complex, medium weight red wine upon release or cellar with confidence.

Aroma: Fragrant blueberry and apricot fruits plus pepper and toasty oak.
Flavour: Exotic white and dark fruits intermingled with forest undergrowth notes precede a long lasting, fine tannin peppery finish. the medium weight structure and vibrancy of this wine ensure it has many possible food matches.
