I have always found it hard to find a good quality organic/preservative free wine at a good price. This has excellent fruit and a nice body with firm tannins. Just like the straight Cabernet Sauvignon, it improves if given a bit of time to breathe once open. A great wine for those searching for an affordable organic wine. Winemaker's Comments: This preservative free wine has been made from grapes grown on our chemical free vineyard in South East Australia using the most environmentally friendly and natural growing methods possible based on EM (Effective Micro-organisms) Technology. This easy to drink wine has plenty of up front fruit with intense chocolate and berry aromas that are complimented by a subtle yet firm structure. Please enjoy!
