Angoves Butterfly Ridge Shiraz Cabernet is a lovely mouth filling wine with an excellent depth of flavour. Cherry and plum flavours fill the palate with a good tannin structure that arrives late for a nice lingering finish. Winemaker's Comments: Dark red with purple hues, this medium bodied, richly fruit flavoured wine has a bouquet of ripe plum with a hint of cream. This generosity of flavour carries through to the full palate showing good ripe berries, black cherry, raspberry and plum with a note of toasted oak and a soft full finish. Angoves Butterfly Ridge Shiraz Cabernet has well balanced fruit and oak, with a firm yet elegant tannin structure that carries through to the finish.
