It is displaying a nice peachy aroma and for a young chardonnay is drinking extremely well. The palate has a rich creamy flavour which finishes nice a crisp with a smooth lingering flavour from the well balanced oak. Winemaker's Comments: Varietal white peach flavours are strongest throughout the palate but it is neatly interwoven with the less obvious yeasty battonage & creamy malo-lactic fermentation characters. Cedary French oak extends the length of flavours and contributes to the rich & soft texture in the mouth. Blue Pyrenees Chardonnay has a crisp and dry finish with lingering fruit flavours.
