It is very consistent and is always reliable. I really do enjoy this sparkling. It is fresh and very elegant showing good fruit flavors well balanced with yeast and acidity. Always good for that special occasion or as i did on the weekend a lazy afternoon with some oysters! Winemaker's Comments: This wine is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with a mid to straw yellow colour. Aromas of lifted spice and fig with honey and floral notes are evident on the nose. This wine is made using the classic Methode Traditionnelle including aging for 15 to 18 months on yeast before disgorging. Chandon NV has a mellow, biscuit aroma with floral and honeyed notes.
