It has a lovely creamy taste mid palate and offers up plenty of flavour. It is a dry sparkling that is very refreshing and offers a lovely crisp finish. It is a very reliable brand that always produces quality. Winemaker's Comments: The wine shows a pink tinge, resulting from the inclusion of Pinot Noir in the blend. It displays a bouquet of melons and toast with a complex, dry full flavoured palate and creamy mousse, with perfect acidity providing a long refreshing finish. Blend: Cockatoo Ridge NV is blended over at least two vintages to provide consistency, reliability and complexity to the flavour.
