It has everything characteristically of a good Coonawarra cabernet. The nose is entertained with wonderful oak flavours and dark ripe fruits emerge. The palate is treated to a great experience of mixed berry fruits, olive and a touch of slight mint. The oak leads to a clean yet long lingering enjoyable finish. A super wine! Winemaker's Comments: This 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits a balance and approachability which is characteristically Coonawarra. The bouquet is blackcurrent with hints of blueberry and black olives.
