It is drinking extremely well and has plenty of depth on the palate. The citrus fruits are abundant and spot on and complement the toasty flavours on the palate. This sparkling really impressed me. Winemaker's Comments: Lifted citrus and white stonefruit characters are complemented with nuances of toast and mushroom. The palate has a great structural elegance and persistence of flavour.
