There is a loud burgundy colour for the robe offering a quite light wine. A must in Australian wine as this “cépage� often brings richness but heaviness too. The bouquet is releasing a sweet honeyed vanilla aroma which goes so well with a piece of char-grilled eye fillet or a simple king island brie cheese.
