Review:	Here again we see why you cannot go wrong with a true and trusted name. De Bortoli have been making superb red wines for years and this Vat 8 Shiraz is no exception. Smooth rounded berry flavours that simply role across the tongue and in my case straight down the throat. Wonderful drinking now with soft crisp tannins. Great colur and depth. I will find it very hard to cellar any of this red, it;s just too easy to drink. Expect another order soon Jackswine.com.
