Jacks Wine offers delivery Australia
wide by Australia Post couriers. Delivery costs are shown below.
Allow 3-5 business days for delivery - for a more accurate guide
refer to Australia
Post Delivery Times (goods are despatched from Ballarat and
Geelong, Victoria).
Please ensure that there is someone present
at the delivery address you provide to receive your order as a signature
will be required. If no-one is present, your products will be delivered
to the nearest Post Office for you to collect. A notification card
should be left in your mailbox.
2 Case Deals Delivery Pricing
2 Case Deals
delivery pricing is the combined delivery price for the items within
the package. For example, if a 2 Case Deal is made up of 2 cases
of wine and is to be delivered to the postcode 2000 (Sydney), the
delivery price is:
$8.00 + $8.00 = $16.00.
The same principle applies to 3 case deals.
Picking Up Your Order
Alternatively you can pickup your order if you are local to the Jacks Wine store if you wish. Select the Pickup option when checking out - there will be no delivery fees applied. Check the Jacks Wine store location and business hours.
Undelivered Goods
If you have placed an order and have not received delivery within
5 days, please phone Jacks Wine on (03) 5332 1176.
Please have your order confirmation email on hand (you will receive
this after you place your order).
Guarantee
Jacks Wine guarantee that your order will reach you intact. We will happily replace or send you a cheque/issue you a credit off your next purchase for any wines that are damaged in transit or arrive in unsatisfactory condition.
