What are delivery Costs
All delivery costs are outlined on our Delivery Information page. Prices start from $6 a case. Most cases ship for less than $10.
Do you deliver everywhere
We deliver Australia wide - well mostly. There are some Alcohol and Dry Area restrictions areas which we must abide by. You can find out further details on our Delivery Information page.
What is your product guarantee?
As our brand name suggests, Jack's Wine is all about selling great wines that over-deliver for the price. To achieve this, every wine listed for sale on Jack's Wine goes through a rigorous selection process. Unless we are 100% satisfied with both the quality and value they offer, they don’t make the cut. How long have you been in business
The Jack's Wine retail business has been in operation since 1993. The Jack's Wine website was initially launched back in late 2005 - so we have been up and running for almost 13 years... how time flies.
Delivery Time Frame
We aim to send our your order on the same or next business day assuming we have adequate stock. Please allow up to a week for delivery to include this fulfillment time and delivery time. If you are within Victoria you can usually expect your order within 2 - 3 business days. We ship from Ballarat in Victoria so consider that when calculating the delivery time.
Do you deliver outside Australia
No we currently only deliver to Australian addresses.
Do I need an account to buy wine?
No - you have the option to process your order as a guest. You also have the option to register which saves your order history and billing and shipping details making it easier to processes and subsequent orders. You can register and account on our Account Registration page.
Do you have a newsletter
Yes we sure do - and we'd love to have you join us. We send out newsletters every week or so - not too often as we know they can get annoying, but often enough to keep you in the loop. We generally include new wines and any offers we currently are running. You can sign up to our newsletter here. It is a double opt in form so be sure to check your emails to confirm your subscription. If you choose to no longer receive the newsletter you can unsubscribe here.
Help I lost my password
No problem - you can easily set a new password, just use our Lost Account Password form.
Can I change my order once it has been processed
The general rule of thumb is no as we aim to get onto your order fulfillment as soon as possible. Of course it can't hurt ringing through - details are on our contact page.
What do I do if my order takes ages to arrive.
