Warning
Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (penalty exceeds $6000) and it is an offence for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (penalty exceeds $500). At the time of delivery the person receiving the goods must provide satisfactory evidence of proof of age if requested. Jacks Wine Discounters may refuse to deliver the goods if the person receiving the goods does not provide evidence of proof of age.

Refund Policy
Jacks Wine is happy to offer a 100% money back refund* on the purchase price within 1 month of the date of purchase. This applies to orders delivered within Australia only.

*Refund applies to the purchased product/s only and not freight charges which are to be borne by the customer.
