Review: A deliciously refreshing wine! While the sweeter wines may not appeal to all palates, the Dolcetto & Syrah has a crispness that beautifully balances the sweetness. Chilled well and served with salads or hot vegetable dishes in particular. Perhaps not suited to delicately flavoured foods as the fruitiness can sometimes overwhelm. Ditto with richly spiced foods where the wine may not reach its true potential.
