Review:	Tasted this Sparkling first on board of a Virgin blue flight and searched on the Net to find it, as not available in most bottleshops in NSW. As an avid and longstanding sparkling (and French Champagne) drinker I was totally blown away by the superb taste and colouring of this beautiful tasting bubbly, slight peach coloured and subtle aromatic flavors, this one has plenty of fizz and can stand up on its own between all the overseas competitors in the "champagne region". Well done Hightide, is't best value for money and beautiful tasting! Try and and you will never buy French Champagne again!
