But being drought striken fire impacted (having to evacuate) farmers in the NE we were not about to waste a drop. . If we opened a bottle and it was not drinkable we made 'Rosemary Chardonnay Jelly' and 'Minted Wine Jelly' We would put the wine in a plastic container and freeze until we had suffiecient wine to make a big batch Would be happy to share the recipe with the rest of your customers.
